Declaration of Authorship *	By submitting my application and uploading or physically submitting materials according to the specific requirements provided by the responsible departments, I hereby declare that I have generated all the content myself without any kind of help from others. I acknowledge that the exam will be assessed negatively, if found otherwise. I acknowledge that registrations and portfolio uploads after the respective deadlines (cf. dieangewandte.at/entry) will not be taken into consideration. Each completed registration or upload will be confirmed via email; until then, my registration or upload will not be taken into further account.
Terms of application *	I hereby acknowledge that it is only possible to apply for more than one study program by submitting portfolios with different content. In the case of applying with several mostly identical portfolios only the first application will be considered valid, all further ones will be deleted.
Support for entering the country (optional)	Based on my nationality I would have to apply for a residence permit before the beginning of my studies. In case of a successfully passed entrance exam I request the Department for Students’ and Academic Affairs to forward my name, date of birth as well as my chosen study program to the MA35 (Vienna’s Municipal Department for Immigration and Citizenship) to speed up the processing if possible.
